Patti Fralix

Patti Fralix is founder and President of the Fralix Group, Inc., a leadership firm specializing in individual, team and organizational excellence. Fralix has 22 years experience in the healthcare industry, the last twelve as an executive in hospitals. Since 1992, The Fralix Group, Inc. has served healthcare and general business clients. 

 

Credentials include an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, a masters from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and coursework directed toward a Ph.D. Her first book, How to Thrive in Spite of Mess, Stress and Less!, was published in 2002. Fralix is a quoted business leader and published author in national newspapers and magazines.  

 

Fralix is a Wharton Fellow and is active in civic/professional activities including serving as past Chair of the Eastern North Carolina Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. She is also past President of the National Speakers Association/Carolinas Chapter and past chair of the Ethics Committee of the National Speakers Association.

 

Fralix provides speaking, consulting and coaching services to leaders, managers and staff in a variety of settings, including state association meetings.
